Louise Agnes (Baxter) Driscoll

Louise was born in Pueblo and lived most of her life in Pueblo. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Daniel; her parents, Bernard and Mary Baxter; sister, Anne Marie Baxter; and brother, Bernard Baxter.
She’s survived by her children, Dan (Sandy) Driscoll, Sheila (Tom) Ripper, and Dennis (Mindy) Driscoll; grandchildren, Melissa Ingrum, Kevin Ripper, Ryan Driscoll, and Michael Driscoll; and beloved great-grandchildren, JohnPaul, Thomas, and Brendan Ingrum.
Louise graduated from St Mary’s College of Nursing in San Francisco. She was employed as an RN in California, Missouri, and Colorado.
Dan and Louise were married in Pueblo in 1955. They had a beautiful sacramental marriage ending with his death in 2010. They loved to travel together visiting Europe, Israel, Canada and throughout the US. Louise was very proud of her Irish heritage and visited Ireland several times.
Louise loved to play bridge and golf. She was an active member of the Pueblo Country Club.
Louise’s Catholic faith was the main focus of her life. She attended daily Mass when she was able and was a member of Marianist Affiliates, Friends of the Cathedral, Serra Club, Pueblo Bishop Guild and served as church sacristan.
Louise will be missed by her family, who will remember her as loving and faithful.
Donations may be made in Louise’s name to the Shrine of St. Therese or the Catholic Foundation of Pueblo.
Rosary, 10 a.m. followed by the funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Shrine of St. Therese, 300 Goodnight Ave. Interment, Roselawn Cemetery.
