I had the privilege of working with Jim for many years. I think his life was marked by integrity, character, hard work and kindness. Some of my best business memories are working with him. Thank you Jim!
I didn’t know Jim personally, but my dad had worked for him for about 11 years. We’ve only ever heard good things about him. When my dad passed away unexpectedly in 2022 Jim helped my family out during that hard time. We are very grateful for everything he had done for my dad. Sending thoughts and prayers from my family to his family, especially his wife Penny and his granddaughter, my close friend, Ashley.
Jim was such a nice guy. Great classmate. May he RIP.
Sad to see that Jim has passed away. He was a classmate of mine and my hubby’s from WHS class of 1972. I can see that tall guy get out of the VW bug, still brings a smile to my face. RIP old friend. To his family, know that he will be missed. John and Laura Hacsi
Dear Penny,

It saddens me to hear of Jim’s passing. I worked with Jim in my professional career and always found him to be a honest, knowledgeable and kind person. He was a pleasure to work with. RIP Jim
Dear Penny,
To say I’m shocked and saddened to read of Jim’s passing is an understatement. Good, kind, loyal and generous were only a few of his attributes. I know you must be devastated and I grieve with and for you. RIP dear Jim.
I had the privilege of working for Jim since 2010, but I knew him for much longer. He wasn’t just my boss—he was the best boss I ever had. He was the type of leader who made you feel appreciated and valued. He never had a bad word to say about me, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. Anything he needed, he would look for me, and I was proud to be a person he relied on.
Jim wasn’t shy about letting people know how much he valued me, and that always meant a lot. But it was more than just work—he was always there if I needed anything. He was supportive, loyal, and kind. He had a way of making people feel secure and appreciated.
I only wish I could’ve spent a little more time with him before he left. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of kindness, trust, and leadership will live on in all of us who had the honor of knowing him. Rest in peace, Jim—you’ll always be remembered.
For almost 40 years I worked with Jim. He was the best Boss anyone could ever ask for. Almost everything I have today was because of him. He was always there to help anybody that asked him. I’ll think and miss him everyday!!
You and Sammy finally get time to play.
