Damon Michael Thompson, 26, passed away June 6, 2018, due to an auto accident. Survived by mother, Kim (Brian) Gonzales; father, Don (Marijane Martinez) Thompson; sister, Brittny Linn Thompson; grandmothers, Linda Armstrong and Lori Allen; aunts, Suzanne Allen, Sue (Tony) Rael and Caryl Smith; uncle, Gary (Sharon) Thompson; and numerous cousins. Preceded in death by grandfather, Bruce Allen; and uncle, Dale Armstrong. Damon was born to Don Thompson and Kim Gonzales on March 3, 1992, in Pueblo, Colo., graduated from Pueblo East his junior year in 2010, and C.U. Boulder in 2014. He enjoyed traveling, a physical fitness lifestyle and spending time with his fur baby, Nala. Damon will be sadly missed by all. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.   4. I worked really closely with Damon at DaVita- his infectious smile and attitude was always something we could depend upon to make each day brighter. He loved what he did- playing a small part in saving others lives everyday. We will miss him dearly!

    Today many of us in different parts of the country will be blowing bubbles towards the heavens to honor his life…I think he will be looking down smiling 🙂

    My heart aches for his loved ones – I am praying and sending healing thoughts their way.
