Barbara G. Conn

Barbara G. Conn, 95, passed away on September 25, 2023. Survived by her grandson, Brenan (Kali) Searain; cousins, Michael Sawaya, Kyle Isberg, and Trevor Isberg; and numerous other family members.

Preceded in death by her daughter, Susan G. Searain on July 10, 2022, who lost her battle with cancer; her parents, Eugene and Gladys Dancy; and her husband, Willard Conn.

Barbara was born on April 6, 1928, in Trinidad, Colo. She worked for 30 years at the Colorado State Hospital as a Public Safety Secretary. Barbara most enjoyed shopping, and working on her children’s story about a dragon from outer space. She was a talented landscape painter. She had a beautiful voice and once sang with the Musiquettes in the 1950’s. Now she sings with the angels.

There will be no services, cremation has taken place. Memorials may be made to Brenan Searain at daiforest@mac.com
